We arrived in the early morning at 6am and had the tour appointment at 8:30am. Some of the hotels were not open for business yet, some of them said they did not have room so early. This was the only hotel allowed us to check it early and could have our bath before we left for our tour.
For US$20 with breakfast, I think the price was worth it. why?
- The hotel is strategy located in town center, anyway it is a small town.
- The room big enough with double queen size beds.
- Good view to the swimming pool at the lobby.
- The bathroom is big.
- Breakfast is okay.
- It is clean enough.
Cons:
- ??, maybe it's look very modern Chinese style building, not in a traditional Hoi An shop house.
If I had a choice to look around, I prefer something more ancient and simple.

I arrived in Hoi An early in the morning after taking the overnight sleeper bus from Nha Trang and found this attractive, rather posh hotel on the main road, about a 5-10 minute walk away from the Old Town. They let me have a room when I arrived at about 6.45am and I rested a little before exploring the sights. My room was very nice with a tiled floor, double bed, bedside table, small TV, fridge, a/c, 2 chairs, small table, wardrobe and a bath in the bathroom. Everything was nice and clean. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool which you look down upon from the balconies plus free internet and breakfast which is included in the room price. I paid $15 (Jan 2009).

I was here in February 2005 on a business trip. The arched bridges above the courtyard style swimming pool/entrance is the unique feature of theis hotel.
The rooms are good, the A/C and TV work and it is near everything. Oh, and the price is right!
