Overall, the room was OK and the bathroom spacious. There were holes on the room curtains (from cigarette burns?) and though the breakfast buffet was satisfying and had good variety, what turned me off was there were ants on some of the dining tables! They had a rooftop pool and bar but I did not avail of it. There was a massage and sauna at the basement and hotel guests were entitled to a discount.
I think it certainly merits its 3-star rating but if I had a choice I'd probably book myself somewhere else.
Unique Quality: Near restos, stores, bars. It's across the river from the citadel so I highly suggest to rent a bicycle (or motorbike if you dare) to get around town.
