    Very good value for money: a/c, breakfast included (even though it is not Vietnamese food), one terminal with free internet downstairs, very efficient staff. When I asked for a bicycle, they brought it me in 2 minutes.

    USD 10 for a single room, USD 12 for a double.

    Directions: More or less across the bridge from the Citadel
