Great swimming pool.
Certainly was not a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star.
Rooms need updating as very basic.
Spacious rooms ..tiles on floor. Nice outlook but could'nt open doors to balcony.
Restaurants were terrible except the chinese.
Out of town....have to catch taxi to town.
Really the only good thing about this hotel was the pool area which very appealing.

Darwin's Casino Hotel
We chose to stay at this hotel, not because it was attached to the Casino, but because it offered great value for money, being a '5 star' hotel. Our room and the hotel itself were very attractive with fantastic sea views, there is a lovely swimming pool and lots of options for drinking and dining as well as, of course, the casino. This, unfortunately is where our problems arose. There are no bar or restaurant areas that are specifically attached to the hotel, seemingly it is all part of the casino. Therefore in order to have a drink or something to eat in the hotel, you have to abide by the casino dress code / rules. The hotel reception staff said it would be no problem for my husband to wear sandals in the bar, but the Casino security would not let us in and were very rude in the process. We hadn't brought closed in shoes on holiday with us so that was it!
Needless to say, my 'guest comment card' made interesting reading!
WARNING: Bring shoes.
