BIG4 BATHURST PANORAMA HOLIDAY PARK.: ONLY CARAVAN PARK IN BATHURST
As this is the only Caravan park in town, be aware that if you want a powered site, they may all be taken by the time you get here, especially if some important event is being held in Bathurst.
We arrived at 5pm, and got the last powered site for our Caravan.
This Park, has lots and lots of Cabins, they look to be in the process of being renovated when we were there in October 2009. There also are, nice looking, brand new little Australian cottages, made to look like the 1st settler’s cottages, cute!
The swimming pool area is lovely, it has a slippery slide.
The Camper’s kitchen is big, with plenty of tables and chairs under cover. It has everything you could need if you are camping
There are plenty of hot showers, Toilets, a Laundry ($3 wash in 2009) plenty of clothes lines, and you can borrow an Iron from the Office.
The park was well maintained and quiet.
They have powered and unpowered sites, as well as various grades of Cabins.
Cost in 2009 for a powered site for 2 people was $30 a night.
