Accomodation in Bilpin

by betska

Hello guys!
It looks like I'm the first person ever to post on the Bilpin forum!!!!
Have to go to a wedding Oct 31st, and am looking for accomodation anywhere between Kurrajong, Bilpin & Mount Tomah. Around the $100 to $200 mark.
I know it's a long shot, but hoping that one of you wonderful VT'ers out there might be able to help me out!
Happy travels!
Betska

Hello Betska,
I imagine that there would be some great B&B's etc near Bilpin, or around that area.
I just googled Bilpin Australia and there was a number of accommodation places that popped up.

Hope the weather God's are kind to the Bride and guests:)

Thanks Anne, I'll check that one out!
Are we likely to see you at Airlie Beach next year?

Hello Betty,
I am not sure if I will make it or not. By Aussie standards it is just down the road a little!!
I will wait and see what is happening a little closer to the dates of the meeting.

Hi there,
If your post is deleted it is because you aren't allowed to advertise/promote your business here.( Oh, I haven't reported it, so if it goes it ain't me:))
Cheers

That's one small step for VT and one huge leap for Bilpin - LOL

Travel Tips for Bilpin

Bilpin - Kurrajong Heights

So close to Sydney, but seems so far away.
We came up here to the quieter part of The Blue Mountains to attend a wedding, staying in a converted railway carriage.

Very close-by attractions are:

Mt Tomah Botancial Gardens
Mt Wilson
Lithgow & Zig Zag Railway
Fruit Picking
Grass carts
Galleries & markets
Hawkesbury River cruises

The alpacas had just been shorn. They looked a little like aliens

They don't shear the baby alpacas. How cute is he?
