Our room was very nice, a large room by hotel standards with balcony overlooking the large grounds and Pacific Ocean. Reception staff were exceptional, nothing was a problem.Our room was on special, cost was AU$140 per night, golf course view rooms were AU$99 per night.
For golfers they had a low fee of $10 round and I think club hire was free or very low. For $50 you could play golf all week as many times as you wish.
The ocean view from our room was magnificient, you could also get a golf course view for a cheap price. A morning walk on the beach was very relaxing. The restaurant was also very good and the hotel bar had "happy hour" each evening for $3 per beer or house wine.
