There are more than just "normal" flowers here, you can also get your water borne types it you're there at the right season!
This pond is right near the entrance to the park on the right hand side but there's also a creek that borders most of the park as well. "Please bring mozzie repellant!"

One family member has a catamaran and just loves being on the water. There's a general interest in water sports in Coffs Harbour and of course there is the annual Sydney to Coffs race that runs near the Sydney to Hobart time.

Solitary Islands

The aptly named group of islands are scattered widely across the ocean off Coffs Harbour. They are all part of marine parks and you aren't allowed on them unless by permission from the National Parks and Wildlife and that'll cost you.
Still, they are nice to look at if you happen to be fortunate enough to be out on the waters, as I was, fishing or boating in general.
This particular one happens to be North West Solitary and it's located off Arrawarra, a beach around 30 kilometres north of Coffs.

Snow Slope

The Snow Slope is a new attraction at the Big Banana and is located adjacent to the theme park, across the side road. We did not have time to visit , however it looked like a lot of money had been spent on building this attraction.

"A lovely place to visit"

I was fortunate enough to be taken to Coffs Harbour by my friend as she won a price for 4 nights there.

Off we went with her 6 year old son in tow, and had a lovely time.

We visited the Clog Barn, Pet Porpoise Pool, Big Banana, the beach, local markets and went for a drive up country.

Lovely place to visit and will definately go back again
