Casa de Rosa (Rose's House?) accommodation is the top floor of an ordinary type of seaside house. It wasn't there when we came to Currarong last though.
An older fibro cottage that maybe grew with a family originally. There seems to be a permanent residence on the ground floor and the tenant makes himself available to answer your queries. The accommodation is clean and has some modern aspects to it. It feels friendly and an image of the Dalai Lama graces the sunroom wall.
This was booked sight unseen via the internet and we were sent information with a true representation of the place.
In Currarong itself there appears to be much camping space and a few pieces of accommodation similar to this, but no motel or hotel that we could find.
The Casa was adequate for our purposes because we came to recall the place and therefore just had our meals and sleep there.
The view into the next backyard was quite peaceful and nice to meditate to.
