POPLARS CARAVAN PARK: CITY CENTRE CARAVAN PARK
This is a good caravan park, as it's located in the city centre, making it easy to walk around, get meals etc.
If you like take-away food, then you will find all the big names like McDonalds and others located together, just a 10 min walk away.
We stayed with our Caravan, had a drive-through site which was great.
The park is not an upmarket one, doesn't have a pool or shop, but does have shade trees, lawn, BBQ area and picnic tables and laundry, and was kept clean and tidy.
Every-where is Dubbo there is traffic, it is a busy city. Where this park is located, we could hear the hum, but it wasn't too bad, as it wasn't on the main road that carries the majority of traffic.
Of course you can camp here, just get an unpowered site if you wish, and there are plenty of Cabins available at good prices. It may pay to book them, as they go quicky.

Atlas Motel: Another very nice Motel..
The Atlas was a lovely place to stay overnight. All the usual comforts of a motel.. I would definitely recommend this one.
