Clinton Lodge Motel: Clean accommodation

We spent a night in the Clinton Lodge Motel, a 3 star establishment on the southern side of the CBD.
It was noticeably clean and well presented with all the standard facilities plus a microwave oven which was appreciated.
As with most three star facilities there wasn't any minibar and there's no pay TV in the form of movies and sports but, for reasonably priced accommodation and a good night's sleep, it's hard to beat.
I should add that the owner's were very friendly and helpful also.
