The hotel offers villa type rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Each unit has car-parking outside their rooms. Its a fairly large complex with different wing sections. There is a fully licensed Italian restaurant just next door to the reception. We found the food to be okay for a country town and the wine list to be varied.
The villa's consist of a large spacious room with a double bed, working desk, couch and small table and chairs. There is a mini bar and tea and coffee facilities. Sliding doors lead off the room to a veranda.
Its a five minute walk across the road to the League's Club where most of the locals seem to hang-out.
Another suggestion for accommodation is the Hotel Victoria which has been recently renovated and is in the centre of town. The pub looked terrific with heaps of character. They offered excellent en-suite rooms. www.hotelvictoria.com.au
