I would try this website as it has accomodation for up to 6 people at houses and cottages

I used this website when we stayed down at Gerringong and it was ok

A Small Mountain Town

Leura was a stop on our travels through the Blue Mountain region. It's a quiet mountain town that is quite charming with olf hoises, small shops, cafe's and friendly B&B's. It's a nice place to make your base for exploring the surrounding area attractions.

"Little Leura"

Leura is a small town about 5 kms from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, 2 hours drive from Sydney.

I found it to be quite a quaint town, and one of the things I enjoyed about it most, is that even wandering the shopping street, you can hear the echoes of bird sound/bird calls coming from inside the valley of the blue mountains, visible from parts of the town, just a few kms away.
