Apartment in a Residential Building.
Jesmond Executive Villas have several places throughout Newcastle.
We stayed in a city apartment called "The Woolstore Apartments" on Darby Street.
It was in a residential building that must have actually been a Woolstore at one time as it had obviously been converted from a warehouse.
It was in a great location with excellent security.
There were some really nice restaurants within walking distance, as was Bar Beach and the Foreshore.
The only thing is that you have to get the keys, instructions and directions from the main complex in Jesmond before heading to your apartment.
Unique Quality: The is no keys for the door, just a keypad to enter your code to unlock the door.
So before you leave the apartmenmt, make sure you take the piece of paper with the code on it with you!!!!!
We thought we were locked out at one point only saved by a memory that apparently remembers things without being asked to! :)
