Totally Disaster
To be honest it's kind of a horrible experience to deal with the people who manage the business, first booked the rooms and the online system made the wrong dates. So we call back and they change the dates for us. Took all the money out straight out from the bank (which on the website says only 50% deposit). Then after TWO DAYS got an email from they said they are doing a renovation so they are managing to give us money back. Unbelievable! Then trying to call them for 7 days and no one pick up the calls. Finally on the 8th day a lady told us they will be processing the refund within 3 days, and promised the money will hit our account on the next Wednesday. Guess what happen? After 3 weeks now there is still nothing back to our account, and no one pick up the call again! Now with the amount of money they owning we are getting legal involve. Totally disaster!

Not 5 Star
Run down, no hot water. Restaurant and accommodation are seperate entities.
Website details misrepresent actual services and packages.
Food at restaurant is very average and seafood is not fresh.
Unique Quality: Have visted this property on many occasions when under better management.
No where near it's original standard, nor does it deserve a 5 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!
