Carlton Crest Hotel Sydney

The hotel is modern and very nice. For a tourist the location is very important and this hotel is located very close to Darling Harbour and within walking distance from the CBD and Circular Quay. It is also five minutes walking from the central station, so it can be reached very easily. Moreover it offers a breakfast and a restaurant.
The room was very large, modern, with a table, a sofa, a good-sized bathroom. The only negative point was the tap difficult to close and leaking and the fact that the air conditioning had only limited controls. The price is not so low but adequate for what you get. We booked it with Asiarooms as it offered the lowest prices we could find on the net.

It's a stone's throw away from Paddy's Market (see my shopping tip) and the main station for long-distance trains.

Staff is friendly.
