This is Budget? No, no much better than budget!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jenny and Hugh, the innkeepers. They welcomed us to the restored historic Cremorne Point Manor which was built in the 19th century in the "Federation Style". If you are going to stay here please note there are stairs that you will need to ascend as well as descend.

There was also a small space heater in our room, which worked efficiently and since I blew my hair dryer out, hairdryers are available on loan from the front desk!

We had a fabulous view of the Sydney Harbor from our room and from the wrap around porch!

The beds were very comfortable and the only complaint that I have is the squealing pipes. In old houses I am sure this cannot be help but nonetheless it did NOT make our stay here a poor one.

Unique Quality: The queen suite we stayed in was the most expensive ($120 AUD), it had a small refrigerator, hot kettle for making tea and coffee. We had a table and chairs set up by the back gable and watched the Sydney Harbor traffic. Cheaper rooms can be had for as little as 59.00 AUD per night you will have to share a bathroom with another guest.)

There is a kitchen facility for your personal use; and an other feature: a light breakfast of cereal, toast, juice, coffee or tea. The hotel offers coin operated laundry on the premises.

But the best feature of this house is its accessibility to the ferry that goes to the CBD or the one that goes to Mosman. There is also the Cremorne Point Nature Reserve which is a lovely walk especially if your walk takes you to the ferry.

WOW!!
Incredibly well situated in Cremorne Point, almost opposite the ferry wharf.
Apartment on the top floor (3 flights of stairs - no lift)
Very luxurious, the apartment has featured in a local magazine!
Has 2 bedrooms (smallish, no view, but queen size bed in each. Good linen, towels provided.
Bathroom with shower, ducted airconditioning, lounge - dining room, open plan - kitchen - VERY modern! The lounge is where all the view action happens....
Beautiful wooden floors.
Communal laundry available.

Very nice, friendly owner.

Unique Quality: Extremely well furnished, modern, and the most spectacular view of the harbour bridge and Opera house!
Couldn't sleep the first night in case we missed something.

Cremorne Point Manor

It's wonderfully located In Cremore, a suburb on the north of the harbour. A ten minutes ferry ride and you're at circular quay.
