This is a well looking hostel. There are dorms that are huge, for up to 18 people! The reception can help you out when you're looking for a job or a next place to travel to.
Unique Quality: kitchen, laundry, tv lounge, game room and entertainment.

Footprints hostel - Sydney!
Hiya just wondering if anyone has stayed in the Footprints hostel in Sydney and if so whats it like??

have'nt stayed there but I used to live in sydney. All I know is it is right in the heart of the financial district which is good if you are after convenience...you can walk to the Opera House from there in 10 minutes however it is a boring place as you will be surrounded by tall skyscrapers. A better alternative is where a lot of backpackers hang out is the Kings cross area. This area is about 1 or 2 train stops to the opera house or you can easily walk to there easily as I used to do when I lived in the Cross.There are heaps of backpackers in Victoria St which is a nice tree lined street full of cafes, restaurants and groovy bars...there's the red light district but don't get put off as this is only one strip of the area and quite tame compared to European red light districts.I fyou have any questions pls don't hesitate to ask ok?
