Great for business travel
I've stayed at the Tiffany for three months while on secondment to my firm's Sydney office. I wanted to stay somewhere out of the city, but still convenient for work and to the beach.
The location is great if you want to get out of the city - the apartments are right above Bondi Junction train station and only a ten minute train trip to the centre of town. It's only about a 30 minute walk to Bondi beach or 15 minute bus trip. The apartments are also right across the road from the Bondi Junction Westfield, which has enough shops to keep you going for weeks, as well as two supermarkets both open most nights until midnight.
The apartment itself is excellent - full kitchen so you can do all your own cooking, bathroom is large, plenty of living space (for one person anyway), a huge balcony with views to the eastern beaches.
Facilities are pretty good - there is a 22m pool which I used quite a bit, as well as a small gym with the usual treadmills, cross trainers, bikes etc and a few tennis courts.
I'd definitely recommend the Tiffany - it's a great place to stay for an extended period and you'll never find somewhere more convenient.
Unique Quality: The views are very impressive. I lived on the 18th floor with panoramic views of the eastern beaches.
