Excellent city self-catering
Terrific apartment hotel in central Sydney. Small cramped (but functional) reception belies the relative elegance of the rooms. Large, spacious, contemporary, tasteful. The one bedroomed apartments have a real sense of space and, unlike some apartment hotels, thought has gone into the layout of the rooms - no open kitchenette here stuck next to bed or TV screen.
Sitting area, dining area, kitchen and bedroom - that sense of space....
Unique Quality: It's value for money what makes Wyndhams a very attractive option.
Location is not the best if you want the Harbour and bridge views etc... it's a good 20-30 minute walk. Ideally located for Central Station. It's the location that would prevent me from staying frequently here - it's not quite on the way to or from anywhere (especially if I am in Sydney for work). But having said that, I've been in places less convenient.
