TWEED HEADS

"Tweed Heads (New South Wales)"

Tweed Heads (NSW) is one side, Coolangatta,(QLD) the other, this is the far end of the Gold Coast. They are called "Twin Towns" as you really don't know which state you are in, shops and beaches are continuous.

This is a very scenic area, not quite as touristy as the main Gold Coast.

Queensland tourist info centre is in Griffith Street, Coolangatta.
New South Wales tourist info centre is in Wharf Street, Tweed Heads.
