All Seasons Pavilion Hotel Wagga Wagga

One of the worst night's sleep I have ever had in my many travels both in and outside Australia. I was kept up until 1145pm due to the significant noise generated by a very large group of diners who were celebrating some sort of celebration. After advising the management at 1000pm the noise was rather intolerable and was trying to sleep I was advised that the function would be over by 1100pm. At 1100pm the noise was just as loud, and I again spoke with management to do something about advising the group to keep the noise down to a dull roar!! However, this did not occur.

Clearly, in the eyes of Management the dinning pleasure of this group was far greater than the comfort of the hotel guests.

So my advice to anyone contemplating staying at this establishment. Only consider staying there if it is the only available place to stay and you have considered all the other establishments.

I would definitely not recommend this place to others.

Finally, management couldn't care less about being associated with Accor, and made the point that Accor doesn't have any say in the operation of the Hotel. This may be the case, but I would suggest to Accor they review this establishment, as it is well below the standard I would have normally expected from an Accor accredited Hotel.

Unique Quality: Plenty of complimentary free noise. Nothing else to say about this 1 star (if lucky) establishment.

Crap outlook with views to industrial areas. Not a great location compared to the other hotels in the area.
