Hi Just Wanting Some Info Or Advice On The Salt Serviced Apartments???

i have been to wollongong many times and i have never heard of salt serviced apartments
maybe you mean self serrviced apartments?

Salt servided apartments are located in a great position in Wollongong. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. Golf course is nearby and close to transport although the train station is 15-20 min walk.
The best swimming beach in Wollongong is the North beach in front of the Novotel hotel.
This is a very popular place to hang out in the summer months especially. The mountains and the sea....so close together.
The coastline views are excellent.
Around 20km south of Wollongong is the breathtaking KIAMA BLOWHOLE,there are 2 blowholes in the region,the main one is alot larger and can spurt water upto 60 metres high when the swell is right,great photographic experience here.
Remember to bring your swimsuit, hat, sunscreen, beach towell, umbrella etc. Insect repellant is a must. If the flies dont get you in the day, the mozzies will get you at night! Dont forget your camera, spare batteries and film. However, if youve forgotten, dont stress! Like I said, you can buy it all here!
There is a lookout from the top of Mount Keira which gives an excellent view of the city. It is accessible by both car and foot. By car you take the Mt. Keira Road to the top. By foot you take the footpath from behind the university. Google Earth community has a placemark for the enterance to the footpath. There is a restaurant at the top, but the opening hours are a bit limited.
This Vietnamese restaurant is ALWAYS full, any night of the week! Its vertially imperative that you make a booking!
This is one of "those" restaurants, that in order to have a conversation you have to scream at each other.
The tables are all very close together, and I cant help shake the feeling that they want you out as quickly as possible to get the next people in.
The waitstaff, although very nice, have no clue about the menu. Ask them a question, your not going to really get an answer.
This is not the place you would go to if your after an intimate meal with your partner.
I would only recommend to the young funkies... The food is simple, and designed to be shared by ordering several dishes and everyone at your table helping themselves.
I have to say the food IS good, if you can handle your surroundings!
