Pinnacles Resort & Spa

Firstly I should add that every service provider and person around Airlie Beach were superb and all gave us a WOW experience! Everyone except The Pinnacles! Firstly they sent us information with incorrect pricing, throwing out our budget on arrival to Airlie Beach! Second, the rotten onion in the cupboard was revolting AND the air-con went the morning of the wedding! We lost the function of the spa (which was the main reason we stayed there) on the last day of our holiday, which was a shame as neither of us had even got to use it the whole stay. Moving on... a five night stay (as per their info) we should of got a room service - which we obviously weren't worthy of (note to self, anyone who complains gets bad treatment)! Finally, whilst cleaning prior to our departure, we found a dirty fork under the bed and kids toys behind every piece of furniture in the apartment! Thank Goodness the wedding turned out superb, beautiful place, lovely people and great food. It's just such a shame our accommodation left us with a not-so-perfect memory! Shame.
