Spent 4 days in this Hotel, rooms were large, self contained, with a seperate bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, gotta love the Kiwi's.
Room decor was of a 70's vintage, with a fresh coat of paint, our room was musty if the a/c wasn,t keep running when not in the room. Nice size balcony overlooking other buildings, but very noisy if the door is not keep shut
The a/c unit is actually located in the laundry and looks of a 60/70's vintage.
The Hotel is an easy walk to the city and Central station.
Another plus is it has secure undercover parking, outdoor pool and spa, even though not used, looked very inviting.
Wouldnt book unless you got it at a discount rate.
Unique Quality: Musty smell needs to be sorted out.
