This motel is very close to the city. You can always return to your room whenever you feel tired after shopping in the Queen Street Mall!!!
It is the cheapest hotel inside the city. It only takes around 5 mins walk if you want to go to the city and bus stations. Although the facilities are very basic, it is really a cheap and clean motel that you can stay for week.
I booked this place for a few nights for my parents who came to Brisbane to visit me in April 2002 and stayed here with them. The room we got was pretty decent sized and comfortable. At around AU$99/night, i think it was a great deal, considering its location in the city. The service was ok too. My only gripe was the bathroom. I think it smells a little when we first checked in and the floor was always a little damp, even after it was cleaned up.
