The Mecure Brisbane

I often used to stay at this hotel when I wanted to get away from home for a weekend. The best thing about this hotel is you are a short walk from the CBD and shopping mall, clubbing district and you are located next to the river bank.

A room used to cost about $140 AUD per night but that also included a full buffet breakfast for 2! The rooms I stayed in were of average size, double bed (and a real double bed, not 2 singles pushed together like they do in some hotels in europe!!!).
