    • I would highly recommend this hotel for its best service.

    Friendly and professional staff. internet connection in rooms (some wireless, some LAN), free internet provided in hotel lobby, gym & pool facilities.

    • Recommend the Novotel in Brisbane for those who seek excellent service, clean comfortable good sized rooms with high speed
    internet, and quiet. Room service was most responsive ever experienced and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Staff were most helpful with questions about Brisbane and service. Up the hill from Queen street mall and close to Central Station, and a short walk to Fortitude Valley. Highly recommend the Novotel.
