Great Intermediate Lodging in Cairns
This is a lovely clean place for those looking for something between a backpackers den and a four star hotel. Quite good value.
I stayed a week in a basic room. They provide a tea kettle in which is quite versatile for doing other cooking than simply boiling water.
I made a shrimp and corn on the cob feast!
The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean--they don't have any musty left over smells.
They allowed us to leave our luggage there for a week when we went out on a 4 day diving cruise.
The bigger rooms come with a kitchen sink and a microwave. NOt a bad deal either.
