Best Place to Stay in Cairns
This is a new property on the Esplanade debuting just August of 2004. Everything is brand new, the facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly. Get it while it;s still willing to give very good rates (because they're the new kids on the block). We stayed for 2 nights and extended for another 3 as soon as we saw our rooms. the 1 Bedroom apartment features full kitchen, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner. It's virtually a home away from home.
Unique Quality: View is great, location perfect as your 2 minutes walk from the Esplanade and City Center. The pool is small but who cares, the great barrier reef is a short boat trip away and the Esplanade lagoon is 5 mins away by foot.
