Crows Nest Tourist Park & Licensed Restaurant: A 5* Caravan park & Campground

Located on the edge of Crows Nest, this is the Caravan Park we stayed in.

The whole area was nicely mown lawn, it had a small lake with Blue Claw Crayfish and Ducks. Tables and chairs were located nearby, also an outdoor bbq area, swimming pool, Camp Kitchen, and a great playground for the children.
If you haven't your own Tent or Caravan, then why not stay in one of their very nice looking onsite luxury ensuite or non-ensuite Cabins.
There was a large aviary with a quite a few Cockatiel Birds.

The amenities block included the showers, toilets and laundry, all were very clean. It was nice to have a shower without the spray from it getting my dry, clean clothes wet, and also good having a large area to dry myself.
There were two washing machines and dryers, the washing machines cost $3 a load. On a nice fine day, you could hang your washing on the outdoor lines.

The Restaurant is located in the park, it wasn't open when we were there. I think it was Fridays, Saturdays and on Sundays, and the price was $17.50 for a Buffet. We were told that the food is good.

Pets are allowed, and there were quite a few there, none of them were a problem.

This was an excellent park which we couldn't fault in any way.
In School Holiday's, it would be best to book as this park is popular.

Cost in 2010 for a powered site for 2 people was $25.
