Fraser Escape - terrible trip to fraser

This was an appalling trip that myself and 3 friends experienced in May 2007. the hostel was so basic that it was pretty much a caravan park, that we didnt minde so much, but it was the staff's attitude that shocked us to the core. The tolilets were the dirtiest tolilets i have seen (on par with that of festival toilets after 5 days of usage and 5 million people using the one loo), when we complained the staff simply laughed and told us that they would 'get around to it'. On our Fraser trip we got given a land rover that should only be used for parts as everything seemed to be broken, how it ever went 'off road' is a shock to us all. fortunately we didnt break down but other cars from fraser escape did, resulting in thier losses of deposits, further expense and disappointment. We were really looking forward to the aboriginal performance, sadly this was a 5 minute interval between drinking games and was so far from the experience we were sold we felt cheated. Any one out there should seriously think twice before going on this fraser island trip.
