If you just want to gamble the whole time then you wont be disappointed. There are no childrens facilities so you can forget being able to leave them safe and happy in an appropriate facility as they dont have one which means it is impossible to try and go out to dinner with you partner without the children. The restaurants are churn em and burn em, most of the staff in the hotel cant answer basic questions and if you like spending 1 hour in a que you just might get a table at the lunchtime yum cha. The pool area is nice but is packed in summer and I mean packed to the point is resembles wet n wild, because this is the only area for kids it is impossible to have a relaxing swim as there are kids running and jumping seeing they cant do it anywhere else. the drinks are expensive, the food is average and the hotel staff all looked like they would rather be somewhere else.Both of our room keys did not work one day as someone had checked us out in the system, lucky we came back before they checked someone in to our oom with all our belongings.Not exactly a nice holiday experience where you feel looked after, I personally will never go back there. There are many far better five star hotels and you can always catch a cab to get to the casino if you want to gamble.

It's a Happening Hotel
I was on a very busy tour but had a comfortable stay at Conard Jupiter. Services, facilities and amenities are very good. I strongly reccomend this hotel to people who are looking for a happening holiday as this hotel has too much to offer.
Unique Quality: Tempo Rouge show was superb.
Though I don't gamble, Hotels Casino is 24hour and huge.
Hotel offers very good choice of food and entertainment outlets.
Location of hotel is very good.

Casino Accommodation
Conrad Jupiters Casino is a large complex, offerring accommodation, convention facilities, restaurants and bars, entertainment and of course, a casino games. Jupiters has nice grounds, a great pool and is a about a 10 minute walk from Broadbeach and two major shopping complexes. It isn't the cheapest accommodation on the coast, but it offers some additional activities to some of the hotels or other unit complexes. The view from the rooms is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is delicious. From Jupiters it is a relatively short drive to some of the theme parks on the coast - Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movie World and Wet 'n Wild.
Unique Quality: Jupiters has 603 rooms, with smoking and non smoking floors available. (A word of warning though, if you're offended by cigarette smoke, you may be bothered by the smell that floats through the lower complex from the gaming rooms). The grounds are complimented by the beautiful coastal surrounds, and on a fine Queensland day you get a great view of the coast and hinterland.
