Crown Towers Resort Gold Coast

Great for a Family Holiday

As a family of 4, we're fussy about where we stay on the gold coast . The Crown Towers is somewhere I would stay again. It's in a great location, our room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pools were great for all ages & there's a well staffed tourist desk. I wasn't impressed by their cafe or bar (not good value) & if your not booking your room directly though Crown Towers then the onsite staff can't help you with any issues you might have. This was the case with us. Our washing machine broke, overflowed and flooded part of the unit meaning we had to contact the external company we booked through - no big deal.

I would get a room on the eastern or northern side if possible. The south side faces a group of thrill rides that go until late evening. The rides themselves don't make noise but the participants certainly do!

Lastly, there's a beautiful Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is good and the service is good. Go there!

Unique Quality: Great Pool. Great Thai Restaurant. Great Location.
