Mt.Coolum
Dome-shaped Mt Coolum rises 208m above the lowlands. It dominates the skyline surrounding the Sunshine Coast area.
Eucalypt forest skirts Mt Coolumýs lower slopes, and the park also contains many rare and threatened plant species.
Ferns of all types are also a very common sight in this region.
Have a picnic or bbq. Wood barbecues are provided.
Some of the park is undeveloped and suitable only for experienced bushwalkers,
and there is no camping allowed in the park.
