Rovera at Cotton Tree

Cotton Tree Sunshine Coast Queensland.

These apartments are great because you have a view....there is parking ...you are central in Cotton Tree just across the road from the esplanade...you can look out on the Sunday markets...you can take a fairly short walk to the really very pleasant shopping centre (The Sunshine Plaza) at Maroochydore...and the apartments are roomy and comfortable.
So what else do you need?...Oh yes there is a swimming pool on the premises.

Across the road is the main aquatic centre (swimming) and the bowls club in the other direction. You are close to Maroochydore Surf Life saving Club and a patrolled beach.
Probably the only thing is you are only allocated two keys and with 5 people coming and going a bit of organization is needed. The main reception desk is not a 24 hour service.
The lift exit is in a small shopping arcade with dress shops, a coffee lounge , and a barber.

Unique Quality: Good place to be to relax and enjoy the Cotton Tree, Maroochydore area ... Mooloolaba and Buderim are not far away. A generally safe area...No pubs close by nor night clubs.

Travel Tips for Maroochydore

Silva Spoon Tea and Coffee.

by wise23girl

There is a cosy little tea shop in Cotton Tree main street. There is a couch ...we grabbed that...I love couches in coffee/tea shops.

All sorts of tea are available and something for a "sweet tooth" as well. But I like 'not so sweet' and they made the most delicious open sandwich for me.

Besides ordinary white tea, black tea with milk, you can savour proper White tea and Green tea. You can also try Oolong Tea, Chai Tea, Assam Tea, and now with new owners , a family from South Africa, there is delicious coffee as well

The shelves are decorated with teapots and tea cups and other interesting items. I bought a beautiful tea caddy to use for the "white tea" I keep at home.

After you enjoy your "cuppa" there are a few other shops you might like to explore.

I should have more photos but my camera is in trouble, my mobile (cell) jammed on 'photos', and my friends phone photos are difficult to transfer to mine.
