Excellent Position.
We stayed at the Landmark Apartments for a week, while running a conference in the Hotel. Our apartment ( the penthouse) was huge with a large comfortable lounge room, separate kitchen with equipment supplied for serious cooking. Large bathroom with separate laundry with washing machine and dyer. Large sliding doors leading to roomy balcony with stairs leading to another enormous roof top deck with private spa with deck chairs and BBQ area. Fridge, TV, coffee and tea facilities, internet connection, air-conditioning.
As we were sponsoring the conference we got to check out other apartments. The studio apartments were fabulous with small kitchen and roomy bathroom and doors leading onto balcony most with ocean views. Suit couples.
PROS: Close to everything, downstairs restaurants and cafes galore. Across the road from surf club.(The main entertainment centre for town) five minutes walk to supermarket for supplies. Across the road from beach.
CONS: None.
REcommendation : Yes.....fabulous position.
Unique Quality: Excellent position across the road from the beach, and next door to all the shops, cafes and restaurants.
