The Mantra Sirocco has all apartments facing the beach front with wide sheltered balcony's.
The two bedroom apartment had every thing for the most discerning person.
The main bedroom had a huge king size bed with a spa bath ensuite and private door leading out to the balcony.The second bedroom was seperated from the main living area and had two twin beds and an ensuite with a huge shower and full washing machine and dryer.
Plenty of wardrobe space and full mirrors.
The front door which opens at the back of the hotel leads into a long passage way into the main living area which had a fully functioning modern kitchen and open plan dining and lounge area with a large TV.This then opens out onto the large balcony overlooking the beach,pool and spa.
Even though these apartments are self catering the staff at the front desk were very helpful with anything you need to know.There is also a security parking area for each apartment,1 car per space but there is a visitors parking area on the 1st two levels.
The Sirroco is situated right in the middle of the Esplanade and a lift/elevator to the ground floor and you are in the vibrant hub of Mooloolaba shops,cafes,restaurants,boutique outlets and the beach.
I would recommend the Sirroco to anyone who enjoys relaxed luxury accomodation..
Unique Quality: The cleanliness and luxury of all the fittings and furniture was outstanding and the views across the ocean and along the beachfront spectacular,if you like sunrises then this is the place for you...
The spa and pool area was crystal clear and the large protected balcony was a great place to unwind after a day touring the area.
The lifts/elevators to/from the car park and the main foyer are roomy and quick ride to each floor.
The balcony also gives you the opportunity to watch the passing parade on the beach,the water and the Esplanade pathway...great spot for exercising,swimming,strolling,beach walking ,water sports etc etc.
Simply a wonderful place to stay.
Directions: In the middle of the Mooloolaba Esplanade,you can't miss it.
When looking for accommodation in Mooloolaba I chose this hotel because it guarranteed sea views.
The hotel offers self contained apartments. Each apartment goes from the back to the front of the building. The entry is at the back and a corridor passes the 2nd bedroom with bathroom and complete laundry room; then a completely functional, appointed kitchen with open plan living area; the main bedroom has walk through wardrobe and ensuite with a spa bath. The wide verandah has access from the living area and a separate door from the main bedroom.
The decor was simple and attractive and the apartment was clean and fresh and everything worked.
There was secure pass card parking and plenty of visitor parking - all underground.
Price is per apartment per day - there were 2 of us.
Unique Quality: The views from even the third floor (our floor) were spectacular. The second floor had access to the pool which stretched across the whole front of the building and included a heated spa. Even though there was no service to the apartment the reception staff were very helpful in advising places to eat and/or buy groceries. The 1st floor gave direct access through shops and cafes to the esplanade and beach. Oliver's Cafe is a great place for breakfast.
Directions: While the entrance to the hotel is from The Esplanade, the reception desk is at the rear of the building and on the ground floor approached from First Avenue.
