If visiting Queensland, do not miss the beautiful part of the state!

Only a little over an hour north of Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast offers a wonderfully low-key beach trip. I am sitting at Starbucks Mooloolaba whilst I type this, gazing over a magnificent blue bay. Yep, there is NO real estate blocking your view on THIS esplanade!

The Sunny Coast is an antidote to those super-busy, super-touristy coastal locations. The locals are friendly, the traffic sane, the beaches to die for and plenty to do. It is mid-winter presently, and a balmy 23-degree breeze is blowing softly. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
