Great For Family Holiday
This 3.5 star resort is an old property which has recently been refurbished, the apartments were spacious and equiped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The grounds had nice tropical gardens and the main pool was the feature of the resort. Most apartments were in 3 level blocks located throughout the site, another pool was situated at the western end of the resort. There were 3 spas, a suana room, games room with a pool table and electronic machines.
The onsite restaurant looked very nice overlooking the pool but I did not see many diners, most likely as the famous Hastings Street cafe strip was 5 minutes walk down the hill.
We were disappointed with our apartment, not refurbished completely, we had several major problems which management would not fix claiming they could not get a tradesman , or the parts were on order. We requested to move to another apartment as the resort had 50% vacancy. Our oven never worked, the washing machine broke down , the lounge had torn covers on the seating. They would give us a key to the apartment below to do our washing, this apartment was fully refurbished and had new lounges etc.
We were very disappointed with our 7 day stay at this resort. Be wary if thinking of booking a holiday. Noosa is a fantastic holiday destination and we will return , but to another resort.
We booked our holiday through RCI timeshare rentals, completed a report card on the problems but have not received acknowledgement.
