Noosa Beach is a surfers' paradise. Surfers drive here, leave their cars, get dressed in the back of their cars, grab their surfboards and then go!!! How cool! And more importantly, some surfers really look good.... haha, hot guys! Surfboards! You can rent at some shops here.

NOOSA MARINA & RIVER

The Noosa Marina is actually located at Tewantin, situated on the picturesque Noosa River.

A specialty restaurant overlooks a forty berth marina, catering for breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinner. There are also a number of specialty shops, including a privately operated gallery featuring continuous solo exhibitions by well known regional artists.
Activities are available from the Marina, from deep sea and river fishing, cruises and self drive hire boats, even the latest houseboats for a different Noosa Holiday.

There are lawns and bbq's along the edge, and when we were there, we watched a yacht race, there is always something on here.

"Noosa Heads"

We had a lovely holiday in Noosa. We stayed in a self-contained unit along Noosa River not far from the famous Noosa Hastings Street. I loved Noosa because of the lovely side-walk cafe's, boutique shops and pretty scenic walk around the heads.
