Great little place
We stayed here for 5 nights Nov 2 - Nov 7 and it was lovely. Air-con in the main dining/lounge and in both bedrooms as well as fans everywhere. We were nice and cool and it was well thought out and the beds (and pillows) were fantastic! Wardrobes had plenty of space and bathrooms were roomy. Nice outdoor covered balcony too. Was a great place for families although no lift so if you have someone in a wheelchair or who can't handle stairs request a ground floor apartment. They also split the beds so we had 4x singles which was great. Fiona on the front desk was absolutely wonderful, had so many recommendations and tips and nothing was ever a bother or too much trouble (including locking ourselves out of our room!). Definitely recommend this - lovely place.
Unique Quality: Fantastic pool and spa with waterfall. Port Douglas is a lovely little place, not too small, not too big with a great supermarket (with gluten free food) and other shops.

Port Douglas apartments
These apartments are excellent and the owners can't do enough to help. We booked a one bedroom apartment and ended up in a gorgeous two bedroom with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi spa.
Great facilites and the owners can recommend and organise excursions.
They are a 5 minute walk from the centre of PD so always peaceful and you can watch the fruitbats from the window.
Unique Quality: Excellent pool and stunning apartments with great facilities.
