Bad room, rude staff
They promised that all rooms have been refurbished, yet they gave us an old room. The sofa cushions sunk down so far that the edge of the sofa dug into the back of your legs. The covering on the seats at the table were torn from so much use. The sofa was also dirty from heavy use. The bedspread was torn. The shower broke on the second day.
Our friends had a new room, and yet we were charged the same price. When we asked why this was, the receptionnist said that they have different owners. But the point is, they should not charge the same price if one room is new and the other is not.
The staff were rude when we asked to change rooms, and it wasn't until I told them that I had taken photos and would complain, that they called back later to change the room.
They could have been more helpful but they were very rude. And the room was terrible - false advertising, because we were told that all rooms had been renovated.
Unique Quality: Our stay there was negatively affected by the rude staff. Hard for me to give an unbiased opinion.
