I look forward to this week every year. The Indy Carnival is held on the streets of Surfers Paradise and is by far the biggest event on the local calendar. The carnival has a long history on the Coast, is attended by hundreds of thousands of visitors, it's generally pretty well liked by locals as well.
If you like fast cars (Indy or V8), and like to party then don't miss out on this weekend!!!
