Hi I am headed for Brisbane and Sydney for a self-drive

There's a big riverside market on Sundays in the centre of Brisbane.
In Sydney, The Rocks has a Sunday market.
I can't remember whether the markets in places like Glebe, Paddington are Saturdays or Sundays, but I'm sure someone else will know...
I forgot the Sydney Fish Market - all our visitors from Singapore have loved that.
The tour we took was amazing! We launched from Surfers Paradise and kayaked to a spot where we could snorkel & saw heaps of beautiful fish.
Next we kayaked to a small barrier island where we got to pet a wallaby (cousin of a kangaroo) and watch heaps more jump away, then ate a delicious picnic lunch. Bathing suit, sunglasses, sunblock, and a towel. Most of the kayak tour companies provide snorkels, lunch, water bottles, and any other essential equipment.
There are a few shops on Mt Tambourine. Most of them sells handy crafts, wine, souveniers.
If you love the chirping of the birds or like to collect antiques clock, this is a place you could stop by for a visit.
Even if you dont wish to buy anything, you may take a stroll in the shop and treat it as a visit to the clock museum.
