Book with Gold Coast Holiday Services
Just came back from our holiday and we stayed at the towers of chevron renaissance resort. We booked privately with Gold coast holiday services. Booked online at their website http://goldcoastholidayservices.com.au was so easy to use rates were great cheap! and each apartment had photos anyway the apartment was just like the photos BETTER and Terry was very helpful and we got a high floor with ocean views the apartment was clean and the resort was excellent there is even a supermarket downstairs which was great because we didn't want to eat out every night. Anyway we loved it !! Don't know why anyone would complain.
Unique Quality: Apartments all have their own style so this makes them unique most places have glossy photos of only the best rooms but you get what you see

Surfers Paradise Accomodation
Location, Location, Location. The Towers of Chevron are in a fantastic location right in the heart of Surfers. Bus service to the theme parks are right across the road from the central tower, you have a shopping area below, you are 2 minutes walk to the main area, Cavill Avenue. There are 3 towers. I would suggest you try and stay in Skyline Central or Skyline North. Beaches in the Sky is a lagoon style pool which is fantastic, although very cold.
In relation to noise being this central. Outside noise not an issue if you keep your doors closed. Noise in the corridors if people are on your floor waiting for a lift or talking with their doors open, is annoying. Apart from that I would definitely stay here again simply for it superb location.

'THE MOST FABULOUS RESORT IN SURFERS'
We found this resort fabulous, it has everything. 3 swimming pools including one that is an outside beach on the 5th floor. The resort is right in central surfers so you don't need a car, there is a shopping complex on the ground floor [including a Supermarket] only 1 block from the beach and a minute stroll to the main street of Surfers 'Cavill Ave'
The room was spacious, modern and clean and had great furnishings. It had great views of the ocean and also the river behind. We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and my family of 5 found it had ample room.
I would recommend this resort to everyone, it is fab.
Don't book through the hotel though, there are plenty of owners who own these apartments who 'holiday let' them out, you will save $$$$$. We booked through www.holidayhouses.co.nz, we didn't have any hassles at all and found the owners most reliable and pleasant to deal with
