Cuckoo, Cuckoo!! This is what all the clocks say at the Black Forest Hill Cuckoo Clock Centre.
If you haven't been to Germany, or seen a good display of Cuckoo Clock's, then come here, it was wonderful!
This Centre was begun 23 years ago by a German gentleman who wanted to share the clock making traditions from the Black Forest Region of South West Germany.
What a collection there is, literally 1000’s of different Cuckoo Clocks and almost 100 German Grandfather Clocks on display. There is a variety of wall, mantle, grandfather clocks, wooden toys, dolls, German Beer Steins, Music Boxes, Cow Bells and xmas decorations just to name some. I thought this was an excellent shop for buying gifts for Birthdays, Christmas, etc., so many different ideas, and good quality items.
It is located just 20 minutes drive north of Toowoomba on the road to Crows Nest, or a two hour drive west of Brisbane.
Open 7 days........ 8.30am to 5.00pm Mon – Fri
9.30am to 4.00pm Sat & Sun
