We haven't stayed here, but from the outside it looked like a great place should we ever make it back to the Clare Valley.
Millers House is a spacious and comfortable, self contained heritage listed, circa 1859, stone cottage of great character and quality set on a hectare of land in the township of Mintaro with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. All breakfast provisions are provided, but otherwise you have total privacy, so it is not a B&B in the traditional sense of the term.

This (http://www.saccca.com.au/) is a website for a group of cottages available for hire in Mintaro. The website also has a cottage available in Adelaide itself and a holiday house in Encounter Bay.
In Mintaro they have three options;
Tickles - sleeps 4 to 6
Peppertree - sleeps 4 to 6
The Beehive - with 4 bedrooms (check website for more details)
They also have Aaby's in Clare which is great for wine lovers and foodies! Overlooking the Riesling Trail, with lovely rural views, it has four bedrooms.
Range of accommodation available.
We haven't stayed here, but it's somewhere we will if we get the chance to visit the Clare Valley again. Blenheim is a heritage stone house (with loft) for sole occupancy. It can sleep from 2 to 6 people (plus two sofa beds, so possibly up to 8). The midweek rate for 2 people is $160AUD, so it is very resonable.
Blenheim is totally private, the B&B part is that all breakfast provisions are provided, but you self-cater. The privacy is an added bonus, as is the open fireplace in winter with a nice bottle of wine.
Spacious and well appointed. The tariff includes chocolates and generous provisions for cooked and continental breakfasts (cereal, eggs, bacon, juice, milk, bread, butter, and a variety of spices, tea, ground coffee, drinking chocolate). Cooking needs such as oil, gladwrap etc., are supplied. All bed linen and towels are also supplied. And for guests staying two nights or more, a complimentary bottle of quality Clare Valley wine is also included
We have been to Clare twice and both times stayed in Mintaro. That being said, we were lucky enough to stay at a friend of a friend's holiday house. Still, while walking around Mintaro I noticed the quality of the accommodation available, so I wanted to add some information on what I had seen - as a reference point for future travellers and for myself.
Mintaro Mews is located in the heart of Mintaro itself. The accommodation is in restored 1850s stone buildings set over 2 acres. It has a restaurant and a heated indoor swimming pool and spa.
You'll be staying in an authentic colonial Australian settlement that has been restored to give guest all the comforts of modern life.
