Centre of the Universe

This where all the fun starts. Be there on Saturday morning for the best market in Australia, maybe the world. Perhaps I am exaggerating some.

Unique Quality: ALmost waterfront, and the best fish and chip eateries in the world are all around.
Wild art, wild artists and bars are all within staggering distance.

More about Salamanca Inn

Hobart's Hotel near Farmer's Market

by Kennethsoh about Salamanca Inn, Hobart

This place brings back memories of the good old days where life is all about stopping by the road and smell the flowers.

Hobart Town was the first stop that spend my first night. Temperature was like 14 degrees celcius. I stayed at Salmanca Inn which was like a suite with the bedroom on another level.

My plans was to drive from :-
Hobart - Strahan - Cradle Valley - Launceston - Devonport
