We stayed 4 nights at the Birches and its was a lovely experience. The apartments may not be very big but they are very self-contained. Room and bathroom was very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Birches is about a 10-15min walk from the CBD and the beautiful Fitzroy Garden is just 3mins away. Trams are also just on the corner and the local IGA is a short walk away.
